What hours do you keep?

Our team is distributed, meaning we work from around the globe! Our core team is local to the US while some of our employees are international and work remotely. This gives us the ability to provide 24/7 service. If your website crashes at 3 am on a Sunday morning, someone on our team will be notified within 1 minute, the issue will be addressed and your site will be back up immediately.

How many websites does 1 plan cover?

Each website we manage will require its own care plan.

Can I upgrade my monthly plan to an annual subscription?

Yes! We'd love to have you upgrade your subscription to an annual membership. To do so please go to your account page and you should see a blue box at the bottom of the page with a link to upgrade. If you don't see this for any reason, just let us know. Your account will be pro-rated to take account of any time you have remaining on your current subscription period, so you will see any payment changes on the checkout page.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by going to your account page and selecting the Subscriptions tab. Here you will see an option to 'Cancel' next to your current subscription. Click the Cancel link, select the reason you wish to cancel and then confirm your cancellation ​and you're all done. You'll receive an email confirmation that cancellation was successful.
