Affiliate Dashboard Page – Referrals, Customers, Cancelled or Refunded Statuses

There are different statuses for every referral on your affiliate’s dashboard page. The statuses help you track and follow up with your affiliate leads more easily. Here’s a breakdown of each status and what it means.

Where can I find the Dashboard page?

In the Affiliate Portal click Dashboard on the left menu.

From here, you will see a complete screenshot of the last 30 days and your all-time stats.

To dig deeper into the data, you can select each one by the ‘view all’ on each image. This will take you into the details of each of the tabs.

Referral Statuses

Each time a referral is generated, it is assigned a status. There are four possible values that can be assigned:

  • Pending – This is a referral that has been generated but is not yet confirmed
  • Unpaid – This is a confirmed referral that is waiting to be paid out to the affiliate
  • Rejected – This is a referral that was rejected
  • Paid – This is a referral that has been paid to the affiliate

All referrals begin with a status of Pending and are then updated to one of the other three statuses when particular events occur. A pending referral means that it is waiting to be confirmed as valid. Referrals are confirmed when orders on zindolabs are completed.

A referral is marked as rejected when the corresponding order on zindolabs is refunded or canceled. You will see this rejection in the status of the referral.

Referrals are marked as Unpaid when the corresponding order or signup is completed zindolabs. Once marked as Unpaid, the referral is considered earned and will be paid out to the affiliate.

Referrals receive a status of Paid as soon as they have been paid to the affiliate. Once marked as Paid, a referral is considered closed and no further status changes are applied to it.

Note: When a referral’s status is Pending, it will not convert the Visit entry to show as converted, appear in the affiliate area referrals, or be included in any of the reporting statistics.

Canceled or Refunded

These customers have canceled or asked for a refund during the 15-day trial period. You will not be awarded a commission on these customers. If or when these customers renew their subscription they will switch back to the paying category.
